The Sun Will Come Out…

Hi, Honeymooners! I know I said I’d be coming back with a vengeance, but unfortunately, life had other plans. My beloved Fujifilm XF1 gave me a lens control error when I opened it on a day I had planned to shoot some outfits, and it has not recovered, so now I am in the market for a whole new camera!

Because I wasn’t expecting this expense, I have to wait a little while longer to be able to purchase it. I have my eyes on what will be my very first DSLR (!!!), a Canon Rebel T3. I am so excited, but I won’t be able to order it until August 15th! That’s ten days away, and more for waiting on its arrival…because I have no other camera, I’m not able to create any new posts for y’all to see for nearly two more weeks. I really hate that, but with me being entirely responsible for all of this blog’s content (if you want something done right, do it yourself!), it’s how things have got to be.

Best believe, though, that I will be snapping away once I get my hands on that Canon–I have TONS of stuff in the pipeline what with this forced hiatus and I can’t wait to show it all to you, Honeymooners! You’ll be seeing me again soon! 🙂
